I decided to pursue a career in the mental health field because I saw first hand how important it was. As a teenager, one of my best friends wrote a letter thanking me for helping her move past her trauma and anxiety. I didn’t think at the time I had done anything special, but as she told me about some of our conversations that had stuck with her, it started to make sense. Then I thought if I could make a difference in her life, I want to see if I can help others too.

Fast forward 20 years, I now have the knowledge and experience to compliment my compassion. When you walk in my door, I don’t want to pretend to be the expert on your life. I’m here to offer support, new perspectives, and to work with you to find which strategies fit your life best.

Outside of the office, I’m Mom to two boys. I’m a dreamer always welcoming adventure. Years ago, I spent some time piloting single-engine airplanes for the thrill. Currently, to relax I enjoy reading, drawing, painting, and playing the guitar. I look forward to hearing what makes you excited and to help you reach your own dreams.
